How we use your information.

We do not require you to submit any personal information to visit the site. We will only ask for information that is relevant or required for the provision of our online service and this is optional, many of our online forms can be completed anonymously, in some cases where it concerns your address i.e. requesting a new bin, housing repairs we would require your address information. Your information may be used in different services within the council but will not be passed on to third parties for commercial purposes. Payment card details are entered directly onto an encrypted website and hosted by us. This facility is provided by an authorised third party supplier whose application operates full commercially accepted security procedures to protect your transaction.
